JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL POSITION
About the job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Junior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will support the Group’s operations by delivering sound legal advice and assisting with the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial agreements. The role also involves preparing and updating legal reports, guidelines, and documentation, while ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, and standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders under the supervision of senior legal counsel.
- Conduct legal research on regulatory, corporate, and commercial matters.
- Assist with the preparation, review, and maintenance of legal reports, policies, guidelines, and templates.
- Support compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Assist in managing corporate governance matters, including board documentation and statutory filings.
- Liaise with external counsel, regulators, and other third parties as required.
- Support dispute management, litigation tracking, and documentation.
- Maintain proper records of contracts, legal correspondence, and filings.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the organization’s operations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years post-qualification experience (Barrister / Solicitor license to be considered an advantage but not a requirement).
- Law Degree (Knowledge in Intellectual Property, Corporate & Commercial law to be considered an advantage).
- Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Providing high-quality legal advice on commercial matters related to the Group’s operations.
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating reports, processes and guidelines of the Group’s business operations.
- Undertaking various tasks and projects relating to established processes of the Group.
- Interacting with public authorities when required.
- Experience in data protection, regulatory/compliance matters to be considered an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Ability to take ownership of projects and work as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle a variety of matters simultaneously.
- Adherence to high professional standards and work ethics.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written (Greek or Russian language to be considered an advantage but not a requirement).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office / G Suite (knowledge of Asana, Ironclad to be considered an advantage but not a requirement).
- Experience with EUIPO, WIPO, and IP-related matters to be considered a plus.

The IT GRC Analyst will support the protection of the organization’s IT environment by ensuring alignment between IT controls, regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. What we look for:
