At Techavac Solutions, we strive to provide high-quality Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) consulting and training services. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds to ensure transparency for our clients and compliance with our payment processors.

Services & Training

  • Training & Workshops: Full refunds are available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled start date. Requests made within 48 hours of the start date will be eligible for a 50% refund or a credit toward a future session. Requests made out of time may be considered under special circumstances such as death, incapacity, or force majeure. Documentation may be required.
  • Consulting Services: Fees for consulting or system audits are non-refundable once the project “Discovery Phase” or active work has commenced.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads (manuals, templates, or recorded sessions), these are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

  • Submit your request via email to hello@techavac.com.
  • Provide the original transaction reference from Paystack.
  • State the reason for the refund request.

Processing & Timelines

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through Paystack to your original payment method.
  • Timeframe: Refunds typically take 3 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Transaction Fees: Please note that Paystack’s original transaction processing fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services that have been fully rendered.
  • “No-shows” for live training sessions without prior notice.
  • Subscription fees after the billing cycle has started.
